New Delhi: Taking forward Congress’s ‘Modani’ jibe, Wayanad MP Priyanka Gandhi carried a bag to the Parliament on Tuesday featuring a picture of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and industrialist Gautam Adani—who was recently indicted in the US over bribery charges—with the slogan “Modi Adani Bhai Bhai” boldly printed on it. “Its unfortunate that the house is not running, we can’t participate in debate and discussion,” Gandhi told reporters.

Amused by the bag, her brother and Leader of Opposition, Rahul Gandhi, said, “This (the bag) is quite cute.” Initially, he checked the front design of the bag featuring the Modi-Adani image.
