Mumbai: Ibrahim Ali Khan is shaken by the stabbing incident of his father Saif, which has taken Mumbai and India by surprise.
Ibrahim, who is also an actor, has postponed the shooting of his upcoming sports drama ‘Diler’ following the attack on his father, according to India Today.
Ibrahim will now start shooting for the film only after his dad gets discharged from hospital.
“Shooting of Maddock’s Diler was on. It has been put on hold after the attack on Saif. Sreelala is also in the film. It is being directed by Kunal Deshmukh. Ibrahim wants to be at his dad’s side till he comes home and until he fully recovers,” India Today quoted a source as saying.
Ibrahim and his sister Sara Ali Khan have been visiting their dad Saif at regular intervals at the Lilavati Hospital.
Saif was stabbed multiple times by an intruder in what appears to be a burglary attempt at his Bandra residence in the early hours of Thursday.
The actor was rushed to Lilavati Hospital, where he underwent multiple surgeries and is out of danger now.
