Ranchi: In yet another shocking incident of sexual assault, an eight-year-old girl was allegedly raped by an Imam of a madrasa in Jharkhand’s Simdega region.
Simdega police arrested the Imam, identified as Aminullah, on Monday, reported ANI.

A full-fledged probe is underway. Police said all details are being verified.
According to local people, the girl used to go to the madrasa every day with her friend for studying. On Sunday, she was sexually assaulted by the Imam. The incident came to light on Monday.
