New Delhi: Stitiprajna Sahoo has topped (female category) from Odisha in the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main 2020, the results of which were announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on Friday night. She has scored 99.98 percentile.
The list shared by Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokriyal Nishank on this official Twitter handle mentions Sourabh Soumyakanta Das as the topper from Odisha. He had topped the exam from the state in January 2020 also with 99.99 percentile.
Sahoo was also the second-highest scorer from Odisha then.
According to sources, the result includes NTA percentile scores, all India rank and JEE Main cutoff 2020.

A total of 24 candidates have scored perfect 100 percentile.

“This is the fastest that the NTA has declared the results for this exam. Also, this was the exam that was conducted with the maximum number of shifts,” NTA DG Vineet Joshi was quoted as saying by the Hindustan Times.

Nearly 6.3 lakh of 8.58 lakh registered candidates (70 per cent) had appeared the exam, which was conducted from September 1 to 6 by following all COVID-19 management guidelines.
