New Delhi: Just days after its inauguration, comedian Kapil Sharma’s cafe in Canada came under attack.
Several shots were fired at Kap’s Café, located in Surrey in Canada’s British Columbia.
Khalistani terrorist Harjeet Singh Laddi has taken responsibility for the shooting, in which no one was injured, reported NDTV.
Laddi, associated with the Babbar Khalsa International, is one of NIA’s most wanted terrorists. He is said to have ordered the shooting at Kap’s Café because he was offended by a statement made earlier by the comedian.
A video, from Wednesday night (Canada time), shows a man firing at least nine shots in quick succession from a car, targeting a window of Kap’s Café.
