Bhubaneswar: Five students of SOA National Institute of Law (SNIL), faculty of legal studies of Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan Deemed to be University (SOA), have come out with flying colours in the Odisha Judicial Services Examination (OJSE) 2023.
Payel Atta, an LLM student who graduated from the institute in 2024, claimed third place in the state.
Swati Samal, a 2023 passout in BA LLB (Hons) integrated course, ranked 15th.
Rahul Vikram Pathy, a 2021 BA LLB (Hons) passout, 2022 LLM passout Debadatta Jena, 2022 BA LLB (Hons) passout Smruti Pattnaik were placed 16th, 21st and 27th, respectively.
SOA founder president Prof. (Dr) Manojranjan Nayak congratulated the successful students.
SNIL, ranked 9th in the country by National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) in 2024, has been placed in the top 10 for the last three years.
