Jagatsinghpur: A man died early on Sunday morning after being struck by lightning at Kothamul village under Tirtol police limits in Jagatsinghpur district.
The deceased was identified as Dolagobinda Swain, a resident of Kothamul village.
According to information, Swain was working in a paddy field when the mishap occurred.
On Saturday, a man and his two-year-old daughter were killed in lightning strike at Karadipanga village under Chandrapur block in Rayagada district. The incident took place when the father-daughter-duo was returning home from a paddy field.
