Bhubaneswar: Much awaited romantic-thriller movie ‘Love U Jessica’ was premiered in Zee Sarthak channel on Sunday. The film, based on actor Raja murder mystery, has been written and directed by Susant Mani.
Popular television actress Pralipta Priyadarshini aka Jessy makes her film debut in Luv U Jessica.
To attract more audience to the cinema, producer Akshay Parija decided to have a TV premier prior to its theatrical release. The film is a technical marvel, said Parija. “Contrary to people’s guess of the film dealing with the much talked about story of Raja and Jessy, it is a very different subject. It’s just that the heroine of the film Jessy is also entangled in a murder case. In boarder terms, the film depicts the internal conflicts of any working woman. In Luv U Jessica, it is the conflict of reel life and real life of a woman,” said Parija.
“I request all my well wishers to watch the movie. This is first time we are experimenting by making people watch the movie at home,” said Mani. “Since the targeted viewers are women, we felt we can reach a larger audience through the channel,” he added.
