New Delhi: The Mahanadi River Water Disputes Tribunal on Saturday posted the next hearing to October 3.
A three-judge bench of the tribunal, headed by AM Khanwilkar, identified 46 issues to be taken up during the next hearing after listening to the pleas of the Odisha and Chhattisgarh governments.
The bench also ordered the states to submit the reports to the assessor within two weeks.
On the basis of reports of the assessor, the technical teams of the two states will discuss during the next hearing, the bench ordered.
