Bargarh: A man and his daughter were electrocuted after coming in contact with a live electric wire at Trinathnagar near Bargarh railway station on Saturday.
The deceased were identified as Arun Gupta (62) and his daughter Meena Sahu (28).
According to reports, Meena accidental touched a snapped electric wire in the bathroom of their house and was electrocuted. On hearing her screams, Arun rushed to the spot and tried to rescue her. However, he too suffered an electric shock and died.
