Bhubaneswar: Are you worried your car won’t start after being idle for 21 days? Did your neighbour ask you to start your car every week? Here are guidelines from Maruti:
- For normal petrol and diesel cars, Maruti recommends starting your car once a month and keep it running for 15 minutes. Maruti says this will keep the car battery in good condition.
- For hybrid vehicles, the company recommends keeping the engine running at least once a month with the headlights on for 30 minutes.
