Mumbai: Neena Gupta and West Indies cricket legend Vivian Richards are set to be grandparents.
Masaba Gupta, a fashion designer and actor, is expecting her first child with actor-husband Satyadeep Mishra, the couple announced in a joint post on Thursday.
“In other news – Two little feet are on their way to us! Please send love, blessings and banana chips (plain salted ONLY) #babyonboard #mom&dad,” they wrote on Instagram along with a pregnant emoji, heart eyes avatars of their faces and a picture of the two of them sitting on the floor.

Sharing Masaba’s post on her own Instagram, Neena wrote: “Humare bacchon ka baccha aane wala hai. Isse zyada Khushi ki baat Kya ho sakti hai (My children are about to have a child. What could be a happier news?).”
Congratulations poured in from their industry friends, family and social media followers.
“Congratsss mama,” wrote Parineeti Chopra, who was among the first to congratulate Masaba.
“Congratulations best girl best momma to be and to dear Sattuuu🌈❤️❤️❤️❤️🥰too happy to hear this,” posted Kareena Kapoor Khan.
Masaba and Satyadeep tied the knot in January 2023, in what was the second marriage for both.
While Masaba was earlier married to Madhu Mantena, Satyadeep was married to actress Aditi Rao Hydari.
Madhu is now married to Ira Trivedi and Aditi engaged to actor Siddharth.
