Bhawanipatna: A minor boy allegedly hanged himself to death after his mother reprimanded him for playing game on mobile phone in Kalahandi district.
According to reports, the 11-year-old boy of Malpada village under Kesinga police limits was playing games on the mobile phone for a long time. After his mother reprimanded him for wasting time in the games and ignoring his studies, the Class V student went inside a room and hanged himself with rope.

On coming to know about the extreme step taken by the boy, his family members rushed him to Kesinga Hospital where the doctors declared him dead.
Police have sent the body for post-mortem and registered an unnatural death case.
