Balasore: A 17-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her mother’s paramour in Balasore town.
She has lodged a complaint at Sadar police station here on Friday, accusing a 60-year-old of raping her at least five times for opposing his illicit relationship with her mother.
“My mother forced me to have sex with the person after I opposed their relationship. I was raped repeatedly”, the girl stated in her FIR.
On the other hand, the victim’s mother, who was deserted by her husband since a long time and has been working at a manufacturing unit, filed a counter FIR with police stating that her daughter is undergoing treatment for epilepsy since long and suffering from mental illness.
The woman also alleged that her daughter was instigated by someone to file a case against her.
