Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Monday appointed OAS officer (Super Selection Grade) Mirdha Toppo as special secretary to Chief Minister Mohan Majhi.
Toppo is currently serving as the Project Director, DUDA (District Urban Development Agency) in Keonjhar.
This came a day after senior IAS officer Saswat Mishra was appointed as the Principal Secretary to the CM, while continuing to serve as the Principal Secretary, Finance Department, and also the Chairman of the Industrial Development Corporation of Odisha (Idco).
