Mumbai: Sandeep Nahar, Bollywood actor part of movies MS Dhoni: The Untold Story and Kesari, was found dead at his Goregaon residence in Mumbai on Monday evening soon after posting a video and note on his Facebook account.
A case has been registered by the Mumbai Police in this connection. Cops suspect that he died by suicide after hanging himself.
The deceased actor, in the video, said that nobody from his family should be held responsible for his death. According to Nahar, he had been facing a lot of personal and professional issues.
The actor said he was frustrated with the regular disputes with his wife Kanchan Sharma. Nahar also said that he was harassed and blackmailed by his wife and mother-in-law.
The suicide note mentioned the politics and lack of professionalism in Bollywood. Nahar said that he was replaced in several movies after the finalisation of deals.
Police are waiting for the post-mortem report to understand the cause of the actor’s death.
