Koraput: The mutilated body of a businessman was found behind the Town Police Station in Sunabeda on Saturday morning.
On receiving information, police rushed to the spot and took the body for post-mortem.
The body which was found with multiple cut injuries has been identified as that of Daya Bagh (60), a businessman, who has set up a flour mill in Sunabeda town.
His family members have lodged a complaint with the Town Police Station and alleged that Bagh was returning home late night on his scooter when he was attacked by a group of people. He was found dead in the morning.
Police have registered a case and begun an investigation.
