Lucknow: A Naga sadhu was allegedly strangled to death in the premises of the famous Hanumangarhi temple at Ayodhya, PTI reported.
The sadhu, identified as 44-year-old Ram Sahare Das, was murdered on Wednesday night, said Ayodhya police.
A deep mark was found on the sadhu’s neck.
Police strongly suspect a man, who used to live in the temple premises and is now absconding, committed the crime.
