Narendra Modi To Hold Roadshow In Bhubaneswar On May 10, 2nd Visit To Odisha In A Week

Bhubaneswar: With campaigning for upcoming elections gathering steam in Odisha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a roadshow in Bhubaneswar on May 10.

According to party sources, the roadshow will cover all the three Assembly segments – Bhubaneswar Ekamra, Bhubaneswar North and Bhubaneswar Central – under Bhubaneswar parliamentary constituency. It will begin from Fire Station Square at around 9 pm and culminate at Jayadev Vihar.

A meeting in this regard was held under the chairmanship of Bhubaneswar MP Aparajita Sarangi, who is seeking re-election from the same seat, at the BJP state office here on Saturday. Besides nominees of the 3 Assembly seats, MLA candidates of Jayadev and Jatni in Khurda district, Arabinda Dhali and Biswaranjan Badajena, respectively, were also present.

Aparajita later confirmed about the roadshow with a social media posting.

This will be PM Modi second visit to Odisha within a week. He is slated to arrive in Bhubaneswar on Sunday evening and address two massive rallies in Berhampur and Nabarangpur on Monday (May 6).

Berhampur, Nabarangpur, Kalahandi and Koraput will be going to polls on May 13, the fourth phase nationwide and the first round of elections in Odisha. Bhubaneswar will vote on May 25.
