Odisha women in Rugby 7s final
In Rugby 7s, Odisha sprung a surprise by beating Bihar 12-10 in a closely-fought women’s semifinal.
Standing between Odisha and gold are the Maharashtra girls, who edged past Delhi by an identical 12-10 scoreline.
Odisha will be gunning for many more medals, including men’s and women’s hockey.
The National Games 2022 are being held in six cities across Gujarat — Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot, Bhavnagar and Gandhinagar.
