Mumbai: A promo of the upcoming episode of ‘The 50’ has set social media abuzz, with netizens criticising Indian powerlifter Rajat Dalal and branding him ‘gunda’ for hitting co-contestant Digvijay Rathee.
It all started when Digvijay called out Rajat for being two-faced, after the latter asked contestants not to disrespect anyone during tasks on the show.
Soon, the discussion turned into a heated argument, and then escalated into a physical altercation as Rajat slapped Digvijay, grabbed him by the neck, and shoved him.
As the promo clip started doing the rounds on social media, it irked netizens who slammed Rajat for his violent behaviour on the reality show.
“Such bullsh*t… the guy could’ve gotten seriously hurt,” one user wrote.
“This is not fair. He should be removed immediately,” opined another.
“How disgusting!! This is coming from someone who liked Rajat in BB and not Digvijay!! Absolutely disgusting,” one person commented.
Another netizen quipped, “Once a gunda, always a gunda,” while one user said, “Colors TV’s fall from grace is epic.”
Digvijay called him “pagal” and Rajat proved him right by resorting to physical violence…
