NIRF Ranking 2022: Only One State Varsity From Odisha In Top 100 List

Bhubaneswar: Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, is the only state varsity from Odisha to feature among the top 100 in the country, according to the NIRF Ranking released by Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Friday.

The public varsity, however, has slipped one point to rank 88th.

While SOA, Bhubaneswar, has topped the table in this category by securing 16th position, KIIT, Bhubaneswar, is a close second at 20th. SOA has gone up four points and KIIT by one point.

CV Raman Global University, Bhubaneswar, and Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT), Burla, have found a place in 101-150 rank band.

Similarly, Centurion University of Technology and Management, Paralakhemundi, Fakir Mohan University, Balasore, and Sambalpur University, Sambalpur, feature in 151-200 rank band.

However, none from Odisha have found a place in the college category.
