Bhubaneswar: Eminent short story writer and philanthropist Sudhir Kumar Bijayendra Narayan passed away after suffering a massive stroke at home here on Monday morning. He was 80.
Fondly known as Japani babu, the retired Engineer in Chief is survived by his wife, daughter, two sons and grandchildren.
