Mumbai: After getting the green signal from the government, movie theatres across the country have been gradually reopening, but with 50 per cent of the seating capacity.
According to a report in DNA, to attract audiences and make up for the loss incurred during the past seven months, some theatres have come up with out-of-the-box offers.
Reportedly, Inox Movies has announced that one person can book the whole theatre by paying just Rs 2,999.
Under this offer, it is mandatory to have at least two people in the theatre, while the maximum number cannot exceed 50 per cent of the theatre’s capacity.
Movie lovers can book the theatre according to their convenience and can also decide on the movie they wish to watch — it can be a new or old one.
According to Inox, this facility of private screening will be available in every one of their theatres across the country.
For booking, one has mail at [email protected] with complete information about private screening — like when you want to watch a movie, which movie and how many people will be there.
Theatres across the country were allowed to open from October 15, with proper precautionary measures.
With seating capacity being restricted to 50 per cent, seats have been marked for social distancing. Proper sanitization of the theatre and seats has been made mandatory.
