Berhampur: Ganjam Collector Vijay Amruta Kulange showed the human side of administration when he rescued a road accident victim at Marudi Chhak in Seragada area of Ganjam district on Sunday.
The bureaucrat spotted a critically-injured biker while returning from a programme in a car around 9 this morning. The youth was hit by an auto-rickshaw.
The collector took the victim to the Hinjili Government Hospital in his vehicle and personally ensured that he was provided proper treatment.
