While Bihar will go to polls in three phases on October 28, November 3, and November 7, the bypolls to Balasore Sadar and Tirtol Assembly constituency is scheduled for November 3.

The expenditure for Assembly polls in states with Rs 20 lakh limit has been revised to Rs 22 lakh.
