Odisha CM Announces Ex-Gratia Payments For Families Of Two Odia Martyrs

Bhubaneswar: Expressing profound grief over the death of two Odia army jawans during a violent border clash with the Chinese army at Galwan Valley in Ladakh, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday announced an ex-gratia payment of Rs 25 lakh to the families of the two martyrs from the Chief Minster’s Relief Fund (CMRF).

Praising the bravery and courage of the Odia jawans who made supreme sacrifice for their motherland, the Odisha Chief Minister has conveyed his deep sympathy to the bereaved families.
