Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Saturday inaugurated the newly-constructed office building ‘Sukh Shanti Sarovar’ of Prajapita Brahma Kumari’s Keonjhar branch.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that in order to make the vision of a beautiful and spiritual world a reality, people need to change their consciousness for which everyone’s cooperation and participation is essential.
He said the inauguration of this magnificent new building also reflects our commitment to spread peace and spiritual knowledge all over the world. “Spiritual lifestyle inspires us to be simple, unpretentious and frugal. It controls our unbalanced desires,” Majhi said.
Appreciating the efforts of Prajapita Brahma Kumari organisation for bringing awareness in the society, the CM expressed hope that in today’s era of Artificial Intelligence and busy life, Prajapita Brahmakumari’s efforts to build and strengthen the principles will bring back that love, peace and harmony.
Prajapita Brahma Kumari’s Keonjhar branch has reached a unique peak by conducting many public benefit programmes such as drug de-addiction campaign, Rajyoga, positive lifestyle, communication of morality in the lives of the people, self-management, stress management, agricultural development programs, health awareness and tree plantation in the region, he said.
The Chief Minister expressed his hope that in the future too, the organisation will do many developmental works to improve the lives of the people.
