Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 positive cases in Odisha went up to 36,297 on Monday with 1384 new cases in last 24 hours.
Out of 1384 cases reported from 26 districts, 873 are from quarantine centres while 511 are local contact cases.
While Ganjam leads the tally with 331 cases, followed by Khurda (211), Koraput (97), Sambalpur (93), Cuttack (89), Balasore (79), Gajapati (61), Balangir (51), Sundargarh (46), Malkangiri (39), Rayagada (38), Bargarh (33), Mayurbhanj (29), Nabarangpur (26), Bhadrak (25), 22 each from Nayagarh and Jagatsinghpur, Jajpur (18), Puri (17), Angul (13), 11 each from Dhenkanal and Kendrapada, Jharsuguda (7), Sonepur (6), Nuapada (5), and Kalahandi (4).
With 207 deaths and 21,954 recoveries, Odisha now has 14,095 active cases.
