Bhubaneswar: Assistant Executive Engineer of Khurda Irrigation Division, Kamadeba Biswal, was on Tuesday caught while allegedly accepting Rs 10,000 bribe for clearing bills, amounting to Rs 10 lakh, of a contractor.
Following the seizure of the bribe money, Vigilance sleuths are currently conducting raids on his official residence at Bhimpur Mouza, Aerodrome Area in Bhubaneswar, an official release said.
