Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Monday revised the staff strength of the departments under the critical and partially critical category to expedite COVID-19 management.
For the Agriculture & FE, Cooperation, F&ARD, FS&CW, GA&PG, H&UD, Health & Family Welfare, Home, Labour & ESI, PR&DW, R&DM SRC & OSDMA departments, up to 30 per cent officers and staff will join duty on a roster basis.
The administrative departments will decide about the scale of operation in the field offices and limit to what is essentially required, not exceeding 30 per cent of the officers and staff in position.
For the remaining departments under the partially critical category, up to 10 per cent of the officers and staff will attend on a roster basis.

All the employees in the state, who are not attending office, will work from home. This order will remain in force from April 21 to May 3.
All the departments have been requested to bring out an official order of the essentially required officers/ staffs during the lockdown period. The officers and staff have been advised to carry along a copy of the office order and Secretariat and government ID while travelling to and from their office.
