Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has deputed 23 OAS officers to Puri as Executive Magistrates to ensure the smooth conduct of Rath Yatra of the sibling deities of Shree Jagannath Temple slated for July 16.
They will be posted as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) from June 30 to July 27.

“… 23 Officers, deployed to Puri as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in connection with the smooth management of Rath Yatra-2026, as Executive Magistrates within the focal limits of Puri district for the period from 30.06.2026 to 27.07.2026,” the notification issued by the General Administration said.
