Bhubaneswar: The Finance department on Wednesday directed all collectors to disburse salary and pension to employees and pensioners respectively for the current month on August 31.
A decision in this regard was taken in view of the consecutive holidays on September 1 and 2 before Nuakhai festival on September 3, official sources said.
