He also reviewed the progress of construction works of a new bus stand at Phulbani and directed the officials to complete within deadline. The bus stand is coming up with a cost of Rs 5.29 crore.

Addressing the college students at Police Ground, he said the government has taken up 36 educational institutions in the district for transformation under 5T initiative with a budget of Rs 18.75 crore. The government has sanctioned Rs 7.5 crore for 11 degree colleges and Rs 11.25 crore for 25 higher secondary schools, he added.
