Rayagada: Rayagada Municipality has put up a quarantine notice in front of the house of Congress MP Saptagiri Ulaka, who is undergoing the mandatory 14-day isolation in Rayagada after returning from Delhi.
Ulaka was unable to return to Odisha after attending the summer session of Parliament due to the nationwide lockdown to contain spread of coronavirus.
The parliamentary boarded a flight and reached Bhubaneswar from where he travelled by road to Rayagada following relaxation of norms. He was screened by a team of health department at his home, sources said.
