Koraput: Amid rising COVID-19 cases, Congress MP from Odisha’s Koraput Saptagiri Ulaka has suggested converting Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) at Sunabeda into a full-fledged COVID Care hospital.
Apprehending an increase of patients in COVID Hospital in Jeypore, the MP has written to HAL for setting up a 200-bed COVID-19 Hospital to tide over any shortfall in the future and for better treatment to the patients suffering from coronavirus infection.

“Industries should step up in these trying times for the larger interest of people,” he tweeted.
The district has so far reported 194 COVID-19 cases. While 67 patients have recovered from the infection, the number of active cases is 127.
