Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Congress has released its list of star campaigners for the three-tier panchayat polls in the state.
Former OPCC president Prasad Harichandan has been excluded from the list. Harichandan faced criticism for allegedly not distributing tickets for the Zilla Parishad seats in Satyabadi Assembly constituency in Puri district.
For the first time, the Congress, faced with infighting, has not fielded any candidate from Satyabadi.
