Odisha Records Slight Increase In COVID Cases, Active Tally Continues To Remain Below 2K
Bhubaneswar: After three days of downward trend in daily COVID tally in Odisha, 269 people tested positive for the virus in the last 24 hours on Saturday against 254 on Friday and 269 on Thursday.
According to the I & PR department, 157 new cases are from quarantine and 112 local contacts. Among them, 39 are in the age group of 0-18 years.

Besides, 15 are from the state pool.
With these cases being detected from 15,461 samples, the test positivity rate (TPR) stood at 1.73%. Odisha now has 1,758 active cases.
