Bhubaneswar: Odisha saw a slight rise in daily COVID caseload on Wednesday as 183 more people tested positive for the virus in the last 24 hours against 146 the previous day.
The state had seen 186 and 193 new cases on Monday and Sunday respectively.
According to the I & PR department, 108 of the new infections are from quarantine and 75 local contacts. Among them, 30 are in the age group of 0-18 years. Khurda reported the highest of 99 new cases followed by Cuttack at 13. Thirteen districts reported nil cases.

With these cases being detected from 55,794 samples, the test positivity rate (TPR) stood at 0.32%.
While the affected tally has touched 10,53,349, Odisha now has 1,804 active cases.
