Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Thursday announced that district-level joint grievance hearings will be held in all districts on May 5 (Monday) to address public complaints.
The General Administration and Public Grievance Department said that online registration for the hearing programme will start at 11 am on May 2, through the Janasunani portal (https://janasunani.odisha.gov.in/).
People can register to meet their respective District Collector and Superintendent of Police to present their grievances for redressal.
They are required to carry their registration acknowledgment receipt, personal identification documents, and a written grievance petition to the designated venue at the specified time.
Unregistered applicants can also submit their grievance petitions directly at the hearing camps.
The initiative aims to provide a transparent and accessible platform for residents to voice their concerns and seek redressal from district authorities.
The department has urged the public to utilise this opportunity to address their issues effectively.
