Entries Open For National Road Safety Short Film Festival; Check Last Date & Prize Money Details

Bhubaneswar: Entries for National Road Safety Short Film Festival are now open.

The festival, which aims to raise awareness of road safety issues and promote increased engagement in road safety cooperation, has invited entries on short films of 2 minutes duration.

The festival being organised by State Transport Authority and Commerce & Transport department will be in two categories – Odia language & Non-Odia language. However, subtitles in English must for all the entries. The good news is, multiple entries can be submitted, stated a release.

The entries can be submitted via Google drive or We Transfer Link to roadsafety-od@gov.in and roadsafetyshortfilms@gmail.com

Odia Category: 
Best Film : Rs.50, 000 ,

First Runner Up-Rs.40,000,

Second Runner up- Rs.30,000

Best Director :Rs.25,000
Best Screenplay: Rs.25,000
Best Cinematography: Rs.25,000
Best Actor/Actress: Rs.25,000

Non-Odia Category

Best Film : Rs.50, 000 ,

First Runner Up-Rs.40,000,

Second Runner up- Rs.30,000

The festival aims to reduce road accidents and fatalities related to it through the short films. The last date for submission of entries is June 3.
