Odisha’s Keonjhar To Get Second COVID-19 Hospital

Keonjhar: The Keonjhar administration on Monday signed an MoU with Utkal Hospital to operationalise and run a special COVID-19 hospital in the district.

It will be made functional in the next two weeks, the administration tweeted.

This will be the second hospital after Tata Hospital at Joda in the district with facilities to fight COVID-19 virus.

This apart, six hospitals have been set up in five other districts of the state to treat people contracting the infection. These are in Khuda, Jajpur, Cuttack, Puri and Sundargarh.
