Bhubaneswar: Amit Rohidas, a key member of India’s back-to-back Olympic bronze-winning team, engaged with students during his visit to SAI International here on Sunday.
An expert in defending penalty corners, Rohidas shared his wealth of knowledge and experience to inspire the SAIoneers.
“It was an honour to be at SAI International and engage with such bright and enthusiastic students. I hope that sharing my journey inspired them to embrace hard work, resilience, and the spirit of sportsmanship, which are crucial not just in sports but in every aspect of life.”
He said that to get success in any field, be it in sports or academics, “it’s essential to be disciplined, follow a healthy diet and maintain regular exercise. These habits are the foundation of achieving your goals and excelling in whatever you choose to pursue.”
