Bhubaneswar: The state government on Friday again postponed the publication of merit list of Common PG Entrance Test held in October.

The merit list will now be published on November 21 instead of November 16, according to the revised timeline issued by the Higher Education department. The updation of graduation/equivalent mark by the applicants should be made in the SAMS portal by 11.45 pm of November 17. The admission process for PG courses will be completed on December 21.

Earlier, the department had rescheduled the date for announcing state merit list to November 16. Around 62,200 candidates had appeared at Common PG Entrance Test (CPET 2020) conducted from October 12 to 22 in 26 centres in the state.

The successful students of the test will take admission in 14,700 post-graduate seats in different universities and colleges.
