Puri: Police are planning to launch 24-hour patrolling by PCR vans across Puri district soon.
The districr police said this will enable them to quickly reach a person after he/she calls for help to the Police Control Room.
As part of the proposed drive, five new Inova vans were brought on Friday to strenthen patrolling duty, DSP (Puri) Khirasagar Nayak informed.
