Mumbai: Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra and American singer Nick Jonas, took to Instagram for some PDA after their engagement ceremony on Saturday afternoon. The couple, after months of speculation, kept mum about it until sources revealed their engagement officially.
Priyanka wrote in her post, “Taken, with all my heart and soul,” to which the fans went crazy, admiring the couple.
They had a proper Punjabi ‘roka’ where Priyanka was seen wearing a gorgeous lime yellow attire by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla while Nick sported a kurta pyjama.
After the ceremony, a star-studded party will held with big names in Bollywood like Ranveer Singh, Karan Johar, Manish Malhotra, Sophie Choudhary and Raveena Tandon in attendance.
Nick Jonas’ parents are in Mumbai too, to attend the ceremony. Sources revealed that Chopras had booked 200 rooms in a hotel for the guests, many of whom are arriving from the United States.
After the ceremony, the priest told the media that they performed a puja for happy and prosperous life of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas. “We first performed the Ganesh puja and then the engagement ceremony,” the priest added.
