Bhubaneswar: The process for postgraduate (PG) admission for the 2025-26 academic session will begin on Monday.
“The state government has taken a decision for early completion of the admission process for PG courses. Early completion of the admission process will lead to timely examination and publication of results,” the Higher Education department said
According to the official press release, the Common Application Form (CAF) will be available for admission into various PG courses from March 10. The Common PG Entrance Test (CPET), aimed at streamlining the admissions process, will be conducted from May 4-18.
“The CPET is scheduled to be held in the first week of May. The selection will be done on the basis of the students’ performance in the CPET.”
It further stated that classes for various PG courses at universities and colleges across the state for the 2025-26 academic year will commence by July 10.
