Proposal To Set Up Additional Civil Judge Court In Deogarh Gets Naveen’s Approval
Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister on Monday approved the proposal to set up two courts in Odisha’s Deogarh district.
Following the chief minister’s approval, court of an Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) and JMFC Court would be set up at Barkot in the district.
The Law department has already created 12 gazetted and non-gaezetted posts for smooth functioning of the courts.
The chief minister said the courts will facilitate fast disposal of the cases in Deogarh. He hoped that it will save the litigants of time and expenditure in pursuing their cases and getting timely justice.
