Radhika Apte Doesn’t Have A Single Photo Of Her Wedding; How Come?

Mumbai: Radhika Apte is one of a kind.

She is not half as active on social media as some her fellow-Bollywood artistes. In fact, she has not tweeted in almost a year and is active on Instagram occasionally.

She is also known to be reluctant to get herself clicked.

But what about wedding pictures? After all, it’s one of the most memorable days in any person’s life.

No, she doesn’t have a single photograph of her wedding.

The reason will blow your mind: They simply forgot to take pictures as they were too drunk! But she has no regrets.

Radhika, who has been married to British violinist Benedict Taylor for 10 years, had a small wedding in 2012 before an official ceremony a year later.

“When I got married to Benedict 10 years ago, we forgot to click pictures. We had a DIY (do it yourself) marriage. We called our friends, made food ourselves, had the wedding at a place in northern England, and partied. But no pictures, even though half of our friends were photographers… none of them clicked any pictures. We were all so drunk. So I don’t have any pictures of my wedding,” Radhika told India Today, adding that it’s “nice in a different way.”

The couple divides time between London and Mumbai, and prefers keeping a low profile.

“My husband is worse, he clicks no picture at all. But now when we go for holidays, we try to click something at least,” Radhika revealed said.

Radhika was last seen in Forensic, a murder mystery which streamed on ZEE5.

Among her upcoming films is Vikram Vedha, which stars Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan.
