Rahul Gandhi Says Govt Hiding India’s Reality From The World; Know Why

New Delhi: On a day when India achieved consensus among all member states and the Delhi G20 Declaration was adopted, Rahul Gandhi accused the government of hiding the country’s reality from guests.

The Congress leader, who is currently on a tour of Europe and met members of EU Parliament, took to social media to spell out his thoughts.

“GOI is hiding our poor people and animals. There is no need to hide India’s reality from our guests,” Rahul wrote on X.

Rahul’s comments come a day after Delhi Police sought the assistance of civic agencies to curb menace of monkeys and dogs in and around Rajghat on Friday, where G20 delegates were scheduled to visit and pay homage at the Mahatma Gandhi memorial.

Police reportedly also cleared several slums and asked for snake catchers to be roped in, while there was patrolling at the Yamuna Khadar area, PTI reported.

The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) said that the canines were being picked up only on an ‘urgent need basis’, with naming the G20 Summit.
